A couple of kookaburras

As a slight change from the usual posts, here's a midweek nature piece, with two kookaburras that Sue photographed, sitting in the garden tree as the sun came up (the birds that is, not Sue!)


They are one of our favourite birds here - very wise and knowing, they 'fluff up' well, and are very good at spotting things to eat in the garden!
